Graduation 2009

Here are a few photos from graduation. It was a cool, cloudy day and luckily we made it through without any rain. The ceremony was about 2 hours long and there were 1032 graduates and I ended up being almost at the very end. After graduation my family took me to eat at Best little Roadhouse in Salem.

Graduation Present to Me: )

People who know me very well know that I am a very cheap person when it comes to buying things for myself. I really hate to spend a lot of money, I am much more content when I find things on the clearance rack. So for graduation I decided to go a little wild and buy something that I have been wanting for a while now...a Coach purse. Now this is not just any Coach purse it is the perfect purse for me, because it is called the "Leah" purse. I know, know this is why it is perfect and was made for me: ) I saw it around Christmas time in the Coach store and I fell in love with it, but once I saw the price tag I knew I would just have to dream about it. Well I had almost forgotten about ever owning it when a couple weeks before school ended Phil and I made a trip to the beach for the day and we decided to go to the outlet mall and into the Coach store and what do I see on sale? MY PURSE!!! So I give in and buy it as a graduation gift for myself for working so hard. I am so happy that I bought it, it is the perfect purse for me: )

Guitar Hero!

My family got Guitar Hero for Christmas and since then it has been really fun to play with Phil when he comes over...it's actually more of a competition over who's best on what day:) Some days I can beat Phil, but sadly those days are rare because he is an old time nintendo fan and is really good at the whole hand eye coordination thing: ) Here are some pictures of us playing last night;)

Baby Grace: )

My friend Amanda and her husband had their baby girl early this week on Monday morning: ) She is so cute and I have a few pictures to post of her.....I need to edit them and then I will post them this weekend.

St. Paul Rodeo (1st of July)

It's been a tradition for about 5 years now that on the fourth of July my family (and Phil) go to the St. Paul Rodeo, this year we decided to go early and make it the 1st of July. It made it a lot nicer because there weren't as many people and it wasn't so hot on wednesday as it was supposed to be on saturday. It also freed up the fourth of July to do something different. Phil and I ended up going to Pacific City with his mom and Bruce and we had a lot of fun just relaxing and spending time at the beach. Here are some pictures of our time at the Rodeo: )
