Tomorrow is my first day at Willamette University and I am really excited to start the MAT program: ) I am a little nervous, kinda worried about a few things like if I will be able to find a job next year...But overall I am excited. I really think this is the right decision for me and the perfect timing. If I can't find a job right away I have many options until I can. I am excited to be able to make a difference in children's lives and be someone that they can look up to and someone who can motivate them and encourage them to follow their dreams no matter how impossible they may seem. This is something I've wanted to do ever since I can remember...be a teacher.
My only wish Phil was here so we could go to breakfast and he could be there for my first day, but I know that he is here in my heart :) I really miss him:(
Now to sleep and not over worry about this first day business: )
